FAZ9484E belongs to the FAZ94xx family: the server refuses the session because the vehicle data it receives is damaged or inconsistent — usually cluster or gateway related.
FAZ94xx answers tell you the vehicle data reaching the server is not what the server expects. The usual suspects are the instrument cluster and the gateway — after a swap, a repair or an interrupted write.
The server compares the data against its records and refuses the session until the mismatch is resolved.
Verify the VIN in the cluster and gateway, make sure the battery is on a charger and the interface link is stable. A dropped connection mid-write is a common way to end up with inconsistent data.
