FAZ4160E is a server-side error during ODIS online work. It is resolved on the authorization side — send us the log and we restore the session.
FAZ4160E is returned by the Volkswagen Group backend when an online session cannot be completed as requested. Unlike key-related FAZ15xx answers, this one is handled on the authorization side.
It can appear during immobilizer work, component protection removal or SVM operations.
