What GEKO and SVM actually are

What GEKO and SVM actually are

GeKo (Geheimnis und Komponentenschutz) is a function available with an ODIS online connection. It lets you adapt immobilizer components (instrument cluster, engine ECU) and keys to the vehicle, and remove component protection (climate, navigation, etc.).

SVM (Software Version Management) is the second ODIS online function. It provides reliable control-unit programming, correct installation of new modules and supports their coding.

Our online login covers both GEKO and SVM: component protection removal, online coding, parameter downloads, online adaptation and calibration, SVM activations, SFD Unlock and DSS login (FEC, 2019+ vehicle coding, Elsa Online).
